Dental Patient Care America Begins 2008 With Two Considerable Practice Closings

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - January 8, 2008) - Dental Patient Care America (OTCBB: DPAT) announces the closing of two additional Practice Purchase Agreements effective January 1, 2008. These premier dental practices located in Tooele and Weber County will be added to DPCA's growing collection of practices who have entered into transition agreements.

"Management could not be more pleased with the roll out of our new Practice Transition Program," states Marlon Berrett, President of Dental Patient Care America. "This new program allows dentists to pre-arrange the transition of their practice for an established value and then exit at a time of their choosing. I'm not aware of anyone who can offer this level of flexibility and value to dentists who are seeking to sell their practice in the market today."

"As we continue to present this offering to interested dentists, it's apparent that we have eliminated many risks that are normally associated with a traditional buyout." Mr. Berrett continues, "Often times the selling dentist must carry a note on behalf of the incoming dentist over a period of time hoping that the new dentist will be able to deliver all that was agreed upon in the transition arrangement. We have not only eliminated that risk by offering all cash to the exiting dentist but provide unprecedented financing and corporate tools to help the incoming dentist develop and grow that practice in ways that could not be achieved without membership in the Dental Cooperative. It's a winning situation for both parties."

Dental Patient Care America closed seven Purchase Agreements in 2007 and estimates another 50 closings in 2008.
