2008 Trunk Show Event Will Debut 11/6 at Ridgefield Store

NEW CANAAN, CT--(Marketwire - November 5, 2008) - New Canaan Ski & Sport, with store locations
in New Canaan and Ridgefield, CT, announced that designer Mark Miller will
be appearing at both stores to show his 2008/09 winter outerwear line. He
will also be showing limited edition and one-of-a-kind items from the line,
not available in most stores. "We've been doing Trunk Shows at the stores
for some time now," noted co-owner Susan Alberino. "Our customers get an up
close and personal experience by meeting a noted designer, and then see
items from their line that you just won't see anywhere else." "We love
working with Susan, Pam and Gio Alberino," stated Mark Miller. "When it
comes to creating an upscale winter apparel and accessories store
environment, they really get it." The event will run on 11/6 and 11/7 at
the Ridgefield Store and 11/8 and 11/9 at the New Canaan store.
