Diamond I Brings GS3 to Market

GS3 Designed to Meet Needs of Gaming Companies by Featuring Customization of Unit Design

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - October 10, 2007) - Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB: DMOI) today unveiled the GS3™, its third generation wireless handheld gaming unit. The GS3 is the handheld component of DMOI's WifiCasino gaming system.

The GS3 model introduced today (http://www.wificasino.net/gsiii.htm) is a completed model that awaits a client-casino's custom design case and features a 4.2-inch screen. The design of the GS3 includes a portion of DMOI's patent-pending biometric security technology, specifically its fingerprint security technology.

"We went to great lengths in the redesign of our original gaming unit to meet the parameters set by our marketing partner, Houston-based Quest Entertainment," said DMOI's CEO David Loflin. "It is our belief that the GS3, with its improved graphics and ergonomic design, will be a sure hit. We are confident that our client-casinos will enjoy great flexibility in what they are able to offer their customers."

The company will update further developments in the coming weeks.

DMOI is a development-stage company that develops wireless gaming products, including a handheld Wi-Fi-based gaming system for on-premises use by casinos/resorts, known as WifiCasino™, which includes the GS2™, the user-friendly wireless handheld unit. The term Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) refers to an industry standard for wireless equipment that meets published 802.11(x) standards. Wi-Fi equipment operates in unlicensed spectra, such as 2.4 and 5.8 Ghz.

With the passage of Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos, DMOI seeks to secure a Las Vegas hotel/casino to serve as the demonstration site for its WifiCasino, in conjunction with its application for a gaming license in Nevada. DMOI continues to seek venues in which to establish its WifiCasino system, including other U.S. casinos and horse and dog racing facilities. DMOI has had preliminary discussions with certain owners of cruise ships, certain owners of horse racing facilities in the United States and dog and horse racing facilities outside the United States.
