DigSound Engages Services of Tomahawk Partners, LLC

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - October 2, 2007) - DigSound, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGSU), a Santa Monica, California-based company that has developed a Web-based proprietary platform (VR24/7) to report the distribution and performance of production music, has engaged the services of Tomahawk Partners, LLC, to provide its business advisory services and assist the company in exploring various options to support a planned expansion of operations, marketing and enhancement of the VR24/7 platform.

Paul Martin, President of DigSound, said, "Working with Tomahawk Partners to expand our operations is an important step forward for the company. We know that our platform VR24/7 will provide for more transparency and accountability when music is used by broadcasters and creates more efficiency for all parties. Having a team of experts assist us as we make a major push towards increasing awareness among music publishers, composers, songwriters, and other copyright holders involved with the creation of production music will benefit the company greatly."

"We firmly believe that there is a viable market opportunity for DigSound to exploit, and one that will benefit not only the content creators and copyright holders of production music, but the end users as well," said Jonathan S. Ross, one of the principals at Tomahawk Partners. "The current means of doing business cannot be described as either efficient or necessarily equitable to all parties, and it is our contention that DigSound's solution can rectify this situation."

In April of this year at the National Association of Broadcasters Convention in Las Vegas, DigSound announced a license agreement with SESAC, the nation's second oldest and fastest growing performing rights organization (PRO) representing songwriters, composers and publishers, to enable SESAC to utilize the VR24/7 platform to monitor public performance of watermarked music tracks across broadcast outlets in the top 75 local television markets covering approximately 80% of the U.S. television viewing audience.

"I'm confident DigSound will be well positioned to expand its monitoring and reporting capabilities, which are currently focused on television, and provide our services to copyright holders whose work is utilized in other media as well," concluded Mr. Martin.
