Digifonica to Launch Services With Global Dating Service Provider

BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 2, 2007) - Digifonica International Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DIL) ("Digifonica" or the "Company") an Internet telephony white-label service provider and licensing company, announced today that it has entered into a formal agreement with DatingBuzz, a trading name of Persuasion Lab Marketing (Pty) Ltd., Cape Town, South Africa ("Persuasion", or "DatingBuzz") to offer Digifonica's managed service delivery platform for Internet telephony, IMS, SMS, Managed Content Delivery, Multimedia and other next generation telecommunications services to Persuasion's entire subscriber base, under the brand name "VoxBuzz". Under the terms of the agreement, Persuasion will work closely with Digifonica to provision the service to approximately 750,000 members over a period of six months, by integrating the service into the DatingBuzz and VoxBuzz websites. In addition to enabling subscribers with the ability to talk directly over the network, the service also provides subscribers with the option to make low-cost international telephone calls to any local, international or mobile users worldwide. The agreement also provides Persuasion with the option to further promote and provision the service to Persuasion's white-label dating service partners worldwide, representing a total of approximately 1.5 million members to date worldwide through Digifonica's patent-pending Internet telephony framework and technologies.
