Digital Dispatch Signs Major Customer in India

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2007) - Reinforcing its commitment to its strategic diversification plan, Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. (TSX:DD) announces the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mumbai, India based ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Limited (OAIS), to supply up to 2,000 Vector 530™ mobile data terminals (MDTs) over the next 18 months. OAIS is one of the largest multi-fleet operators in India managing seven different transportation business units throughout the country. The MDTs will be deployed by OAIS in its Radio Taxi, Car Rental and Business Transportation Solutions Units using a third-party software supplier.
