The fourth annual international competition will be held on February 22, 2010 at Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Winners will be announced at that time. More than 500 entries were submitted for consideration in 41 categories for sales, as well as 27 categories for customer service professionals. Direct Alliance has been named a finalist in the following categories: government sales team of the year, telesales team of the year, computer hardware sales department of the year, and telecommunications sales department of the year.
