Distribution Management Services, Inc. ("DMGS") Announces Further Disposition of Litigation

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - November 6, 2007) - The Board of Directors of Distribution Management Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DMGS) is again pleased to announce that it now holds a judgment against Netgates, Inc. and BFP Investments, Inc., for the sum of $2,208,343.06, for all of which execution may be issued.

It is particularly pleasing that again litigation has been determined favorably to the Company and the Company has been awarded substantial sums which may very well be collectible from the Netgates, Inc. and BFP Investments, Inc.'s transaction.

With the substantial expansion of business activities, all parties, including the newly employed personnel, Randolph S. Hudson and Roy Hopkins, are working toward the end of accomplishing all delinquent filings so as to enable DMGS to become current in all of its filings with the SEC within a short period of time.

The officers and directors of DMGS are optimistic and are again pleased to announce that the assistance of additional personnel will undoubtedly enable the directors to be more effective in the work which they had unilaterally previously performed and they will continue to expand their current activities as well as to assume new duties as required, to enable the Company to continue its expansion on an accelerated basis.
