Diversified New Media Firm, GoDigital Media Group, Announces Key Appointment to Distribution Division

SANTA MONICA, CA--(Marketwire - December 8, 2009) - GoDigital Media Group, a leading entertainment media distribution and marketing company, announced today the restructuring of their digital distribution team. Mike Rubsamen will assume the role of Director of Digital Distribution, a newly created position to better serve GoDigital's internal operations and expanding client base.

Rubsamen, who has been managing the mobile and video aspects of GoDigital's pipeline, will assume his new responsibilities immediately. Duties will include managing GoDigital's content operations team as well as global product management and release strategy for both new and catalog titles. Rubsamen will report directly to GoDigital's CEO and co-founder, Jason Peterson.
