DoceoTech Names John Swart to Serve as President

DANVILLE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 15, 2005 -- DoceoTech Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has hired Mr. John Swart to serve as the company's President.

Mr. Swart, 46, previously served, since 1997, as Vice President of Telecommunications Research Associates, (TRA) where he spent 18 years in a variety of engineering, research, course development, instructional design, delivery, engineering management, and operations management roles.

As President, Mr. Swart has the responsibility for managing DoceoTech to achieve best-in-the-industry training services as measured by our customer's satisfaction. DoceoTech strives to be best-in-the-industry in terms of the reliability and quality of the course delivery as well as the timeliness, relevance, and accuracy of the course content.
