Document Technologies, Inc. and Skyline Legal Technologies Announce Merger

Combined Company Will Be Among the Nation's Largest Independent Providers of Litigation Support and Document Outsourcing


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 4, 2007) - Document Technologies Inc. (DTI), a comprehensive document and technology solutions provider for legal professionals and select corporate clients, and Skyline Legal Technologies, a New York-based leader in document management services that provides a wide range of litigation support services to the NY legal community, today announced the merger of their two companies. The merger went into effect June 1, 2007. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DTI is an end-to-end national legal solutions provider offering a full range of litigation support services including electronic discovery, document productions nationwide, professional and IT solutions and facilities management services. Skyline is a leading provider of legal technology and litigation support solutions to clients in New York and throughout the U.S.
