Dotmatics Launch the Latest Innovation in Screening Data Management-Studies

BISHOPS STORTFORD, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Dec. 1, 2009) - Dotmatics are proud to announce the release of studies; the newest addition their informatics suite. Studies is the new standard in screening data management with a completely web-based interface and unrivalled flexibility which allows creation, capture, analysis and storage of chemical, biological and ad-hoc research data from a single platform.

Fully integrated with the Dotmatics suite of registration, query and visualisation tools, studies provides increased workflow efficiency; registered compounds can be pushed to studies and placed in the queue for primary screening, query your existing compounds and request more screens to be run from studies or visualise the resulting data to check for trends and plate errors.

Complete control over plate set-up, type of analysis (e.g. %inh, IC/EC50, KI), type of data captured (images, documents or assays) as well as a transparent and customizable storage and reporting mechanism. Validate your experiments and set up pass/fail criteria and choose when and how your researchers access the results stored in the secure Oracle(R) database.

Steve Gallagher, CEO of Dotmatics said "We created studies to allow complete control over all data types and experimental areas from a single platform that is simple to use. We worked hard to make sure that once you have created the data it is easy to manage and report from. We are very excited to add studies to our suite of solutions."
