Downsview Park's Trail of Lights Colours the Sky This Holiday Season!

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2009) - Against the night sky, winter snow and park landscape, Dowsnview Park's Trail of Lights is enchanting! Enjoyable via car or on foot, everyone from ages one to 100 can enjoy the holiday season and get into the holiday spirit on the Trail.

Downsview Park's Trail of Lights is one of Canada's largest holiday light shows and is open to the public from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. November 27 to January 3 - including holidays - offering 37 consecutive nights of holiday magic. The three-kilometre-long trail features over 400,000 energy-efficient LED lights arranged into themed areas and arches - some over 20-feet tall. More than half of the light displays have animated moving parts.

"The Trail winds past towering displays, under arches, into themed areas, and through the Trees of Imagination and Downsview Park's Canada Forest, where more than 50,000 trees have been planted. Prices on drive-through evenings are per vehicle. One car, seven people, $20. Walk-through Wednesdays are just $7/person - children three years and under are FREE. Purchase your tickets online by December 5 and save $5!
