Dragon Capital Group's Subsidiary Receives Commercial Printer Distributor Award From Hewlett Packard of China

SHANGHAI, CHINA--(Marketwire - October 27, 2009) - Dragon Capital Group Corp. (PINKSHEETS: DRGV), a leading holding company of emerging high-tech companies in China, announced today that its subsidiary Shanghai Zhaoli Technology Company, Limited ("Shanghai Zhaoli") has received Hewlett Packard of China's Diamond Level Distributor Award.

Hewlett Packard of China (China HP Co., Ltd.) was established in 1985, and it is the first Sino-U.S. joint venture high-tech enterprise. In the past 20 years China HP has grown rapidly and still remains as one of the fastest growing subsidiaries of Hewlett-Packard.
