Dragon Capital Group's Subsidiary Shanghai Fomde Introduces New Multimedia System for Educational Facilities

SHANGHAI, CHINA--(Marketwire - October 25, 2007) - Dragon Capital Group Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DRGV), a leading holding company of emerging high-tech companies in China, announced today that its subsidiary Shanghai Fomde Information Technology Co., Ltd. has recently launched a multimedia system designed for use in school and university classrooms. The independently developed system, called Network Central Control TNC-1000, has attracted immediate interest from the education community, with 500 remote stands sold and more contracts pending. The company has already secured purchase contracts with Shanghai Tongji University, Jiangsu Province Qidong High School and Jiangsu Province Huilong High School.

The new system will be marketed to educational facilities in China, focusing primarily on the product's functionality and moderate pricing. The Network Central Control remote stand is unique because of its simple application and low price. The remote stand retails for approximately US $1,587 (RMB12,000). It has already attracted lots of interest from the education community, including the Shanghai Education Bureau and Shanghai International Studies University, who saw the remote stand displayed at the Shanghai International Education Technical Equipment Expo in March 2007.

By pressing centralized control buttons on the surface of the remote stand, users can simultaneously control the operations of electronic equipment, including DVD and VCD players, projectors, lights and curtains. Maintaining the classroom media through one centrally controlled remote stand saves time and is more convenient than operating segregated machines. An important time-saving feature is the one-key trigger function which allows for the completion of a series of preset actions by touching only one key.

Chief Executive Officer of Dragon Capital, Lawrence Wang, said, "Fomde's innovative development team has consistently designed unique systems for network management and multimedia. This new product launch was well received at trade demonstrations and we look forward to a ramp up in sales and service contracts to the educational community."
