Duncan Park Announces Proposed Private Placement

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 30, 2009) - Duncan Park Holdings Corporation (NEX:DPH.H) announced today that it intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 30,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.01 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300,000.

Proceeds from the proposed best efforts private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. Insiders of the Company may purchase up to 25% of the private placement. The private placement remains subject to regulatory approval.

The pricing of the private placement is consistent with the temporary pricing measures implemented by the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company currently has 31,634,224 issued and outstanding common shares.

The Company's Board of Directors intends to continue to explore possible opportunities aimed at creating new shareholder value for Duncan Park shareholders. At the present time, it is not possible to predict the timing of this process and there is no certainty that the process will be successful.
