Dynasty Limousine Places Bid for Military Contract and Named Finalist for 2010 Limousine Operator of the Year; Expects to Begin Trading on the OTC/Pink Sheets Exchange in January

JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - December 22, 2009) - Dynasty Limousine Inc. has formally placed a bid to provide Transportation services with the Department of the Navy. The initial term of the contract would be for a period of one year, with up to a three-year renewal. The contract is to provide services to both NAS Jacksonville and NAS Mayport, with the award decision to be announced in the coming weeks.

The 2010 LCT Limousine Operator of the Year nominees have been announced and Dynasty Limousine has been named one of three National Finalists in the 11-30 vehicle category. This will be the second consecutive year that the Company has been named as a finalist for the industry's top award. Finalists and the ultimate winner are judged on overall service, reliability, business performance, training and safety. The winner will be announced at the International Limousine Convention in Las Vegas on January 26, 2010.

Dynasty Limousine Inc. is in the final stages of registering its securities for trading on the OTC/Pink Sheets Exchange. The Company has secured StockTrans Inc. as the stock transfer and registrar, and Tiber Creek Corporation is assisting with the process. The Company is now in talks with a Market Maker and expects trading to commence in January 2010.
