Dynasty Receives Metallurgical Test Results for Qi-2 Gold Deposit, China

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 5, 2007) - Dynasty Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:DYG)(FRANKFURT:D5G) ("Dynasty" or the "Company") announces that they have received the first round of metallurgical tests results taken from the area of the Qi-2 gold deposit in the Hatu Project. PRA Labs in Vancouver under the guidance of metallurgical consultant Laurion Inc. completed the tests and the analyses.

As per the Dynasty press release dated October 10, 2006, Dynasty has the pre-emptive rights to the mining license which sits over much of the Qi-2 ore body. The license is held by Jinge Mining ("Jinge"), an affiliate of the Company's Chinese Joint Venture partner, Xinjiang Non-Ferrous Bureau (XNF). The area covered by the mining license is 0.39 square kilometers. Dynasty, through its Chinese Joint Venture, holds approximately 600 square kilometers of exploration licenses at Hatu.

Metallurgical Test Results

The metallurgy of the Qi-2 area is variable. Two preliminary samples taken during the 2005 exploration season indicated the presence of refractory ore with recoveries of less than 50% as well as non-refractory ore with recoveries of 95%.

Dynasty has completed an initial evaluation of the metallurgy by creating three composite samples from the reverse circulation drilled cuttings. Twenty-five samples were collected from across the deposit, each weighing approximately 2.5 kilos. They were then split into 3 samples based on grade to make up the 3 composite samples of low, medium and high grade. These were then sent to PRA's lab in Vancouver for analyses. The results are listed in Table 1.

Table 1. Recovery Based on High, Medium and Low Grade Samples

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sample Measured Head Recovery % Recovery %
Grade Au (g/t) Gravity and Cyanide Direct Cyanide
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
High Grade (1) 6.21 66.9 1.0
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Medium Grade (2) 2.44 39.2 1.4
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Low Grade (3) 0.75 23.2 2.4

Diagnostic Leach Tests were preformed by PRA on the residue of the medium and high grade samples to determine where the gold was being held so that if possible the recovery might be optimized. Table 2 shows the results of the diagnostic leach tests.

One of the main objectives of the Avocet-funded 2006 exploration program was to determine the metallurgy throughout the deposit. A total of 448 samples have been taken and sent to Avocet's Penjom Mine in Malaysia. Avocet has developed a proprietary process for treating ores of a similar nature to Qi-2 and are using it successfully at Penjom. Dynasty looks forward to the results of Avocet's testing of Qi-2 ore to assist in the optimization of gold recovery. The results from these samples are expected by September this year.

Other Updates

Red Valley Gold Project - AngloGold Ashanti is eager to continue exploration at the highly prospective Red Valley Gold project. The joint exploration team has been mobilized to site to initiate an approximately US$1.5 million program that will include up to 5000 metres of drilling. The drills are expected to start drilling around the 6th of June (See Dynasty Press Release April 30, 2007).

Gansu Gold Project - Both Dynasty Gold and AngloGold are keen to initiate a major program at the Gansu property however the business license for the Chinese joint venture operating company has still not been issued by the government. Significant exploration will not occur until the business license is received.

Dynasty Gold Corp. is a Canadian gold exploration company in China with exploration programs at three highly prospective gold properties and partnerships with AngloGold Ashanti and Avocet Mining.
