ECO2 Forests Launch New Website, Software Platform and Corporate Video

SACRAMENTO, CA--(Marketwire - December 28, 2009) - ECO2 Forests Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECOF), an international sustainable forestry company focused on reforestation and carbon sequestration projects, is proud to launch their new look website at featuring their new corporate video.

The new site is the first step in a major technology objective for ECO2 Forests. The company is working with BBB Systems, from Phoenix, AZ, to deliver this significant project. The first step is the highly optimized site with robust data search and filter capabilities utilizing a core software platform that will enable the addition of new modules with ease.

For the user, the site delivers ease of use and simple navigation around the company's key business areas -- Global Forestry Plan, Investing, Carbon and Lumber. Integrated email news service, plus other new additions are intended to provide additional tools for shareholder communications. The website also links the company's social network sites Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.

As part of the second stage, a detailed and sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) system will complement, integrating website generated customer queries with automated content delivery. The CRM will enable the user greater detail and information on the specified subject of interest. These tools are designed to be of particular benefit to potential project partners, new and existing stock holders and investors who are quickly able to obtain the necessary information to aid their investment making decisions.

The third stage is planned to aid ECO2 Forests with management tools to help deliver the Global Forestry Plan as it expands projects across multiple countries with forests at different stages of their growth cycles. As all ECO2 Forests' projects are aimed to sequester carbon over time from the moment the Kiri Trees are planted, generating carbon credits for the company, a detailed and complex inventory system will provide statistical data for monitoring and reporting.

The Global Forestry Plan inventory system is intended to monitor in near real time the status and detail of multiple levels of the Global Forestry Plan. An individual tree, a single forest module, an entire project and a total overview of the entire Forestry network would be able to be detailed within the system to provide analysis, tracking and management of company projects. Details covered include monitoring, reporting and projecting of carbon sequestration levels, growth rate, lumber yield, carbon credit auditing and lumber tracking and sales.
