ECOM Financial Signs with First Bank of Delaware to Issue eCOM Prepaid MasterCard'R' Card

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - May 15, 2006) -

Certegy Card Services will provide card processing services for the eCOM Prepaid MasterCard

ECOM Financial Corp., Stuart, Florida and EcomCard Canada Inc., Port Perry, Ontario, developer and marketer of the eCOM prepaid gift card, has entered into an agreement with First Bank of Delaware, Wilmington, DE, to issue the eCOM Prepaid MasterCard.

The eCOM Prepaid MasterCard addresses a multi-trillion dollar worldwide market, offering consumers a convenient, prepaid, non-personalized, non-reloadable option for gift giving. The prepaid MasterCard gift card can be used anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted and will be distributed under affinity and co-promotional programs through multiple well-known retailers and other channels, directly to the consumer.
