EKO International Corp. Announces Third Quarter Report Ending September 30: Earnings for Same Period 2008 Increase by 80%

ST. CATHARINES, ON--(Marketwire - December 10, 2009) - EKO International Corp. (PINKSHEETS: EKNL), a holding company specializing in innovative development stage opportunities, has released its Third Quarter Earnings Report. The Report includes a summary of subsidiary NIF Solutions Corp. (NIF), a leader in industrial finishing services and cutting-edge-technology finishing innovations.

Three month revenues ending September 30, 2009 were 80% higher: $436,201 compared to $242,256 in the same period 2008.

Three month net income ending September 30, 2009 was 290% higher: $55,570 compared to $19,653 in the same period 2008.

Nine month revenues year to year were 64% higher: $1,182,156 in 2009 compared to $719,363 in the same period 2008.

Nine month net income in 2009 was 230% higher: $106,482 in 2009 from a loss of $82,000 in the same period 2008.

The Company also reported recently booked orders at subsidiary NIF Solutions should result in a substantial increase in profits through 2010. Currently, NIF has $10 million in sales revenues booked and has increased employees from 16 to 46 in the last two months. NIF expects to have 100 employees onboard in the next quarter to handle the additional workload. The Company is launching new branding and websites for both EKO International Corp. and NIF Solutions Corp. to be completed and live by mid-December.
