ENPRO Expands Hazardous Material Handling Capabilities With New Service Center in Burlington, Vermont

Company Also Signs Agreement With Green Mountain Power to Provide Emergency Spill Response and Waste Disposal Services

BURLINGTON, VT and NEWBURYPORT, MA--(Marketwire - January 25, 2010) - ENPRO Services, Inc. (ENPRO) announced that it is strengthening its capabilities in the region with the opening of a new Emergency Spill Response and Field Service Center within the Global Companies LLC (Global) terminal at 2 Flynn Avenue in Burlington, VT.

"Establishing a full-service Field Operations Center separate from our Hazardous Waste Facility located at 54 Avenue D in Williston was part of our business plan for Vermont operations from day one. The growth of business for our facility and field services has made this the right time for the expansion. Global is a valued client and we are very pleased to be strategically located in their terminal -- it's a good fit for both parties," said David Cowie, ENPRO's Chief Operating Officer.

The new location is set up as a full-service center capable of responding to all types of oil and chemical releases throughout Vermont and northeastern New York. With the new service center adjacent to Lake Champlain, ENPRO also offers marine response capabilities. The two Vermont-based operations will give the company a broader footprint to provide services in the Vermont-New York area, as well as further enhance responsiveness and customer service.

"Global is looking forward to continuing its longstanding relationship with ENPRO and is pleased that ENPRO will now be offering services in the Vermont and northeastern New York area," said Capt. Bruce Atkins, Vice President, Asset Optimization, Global Companies LLC.

ENPRO also announced that it has signed an agreement with Green Mountain Power, one of the largest electric utilities in Vermont, to provide emergency spill response and waste disposal services for multiple locations within the state.

"It is extremely important that Green Mountain Power work with vendors that can help us manage our waste and respond to spills in a safe, cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner," said John Tedesco, Safety and Environmental Manager, Green Mountain Power. "ENPRO has demonstrated to us that they can meet our high expectations in all weather conditions and at all hours.

"All of us here in Burlington and Williston are very excited about the expansion of our field operations into a new service center, as we continue to grow within Vermont. Providing quality turnkey services to companies such as Green Mountain Power and Global is key to our growth," said ENPRO's General Manager of Vermont, Jeffrey Simone.
