ESI Technologies Acquires GRAB Technologies

The acquisition enhances ESI's expertise in Sun/Solaris and thin-client solutions.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 5, 2009) - ESI Technologies, the leader in Information storage availability, security and compliance solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of GRAB Technologies, a firm that specializes in the integration of IT infrastructure, particularly in the Sun Microsystems/Solaris and thin-client environments. With this acquisition, ESI continues its expansion and reinforces its focus on its strategy of organic growth combined with acquisitions. This transaction will confirm ESI's leadership in storage, Sun/Solaris and thin-client solutions in Quebec.

This acquisition give ESI access to a highly qualified team, as well as provide the know-how to better serve its clients, taking full advantage of the wealth of expertise that GRAB Technologies has developed in the Sun environment.
