ESPRE Solutions Announces Plans to Present Its Wireless Interactive Video Collaboration Platform With Nortel Networks at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain

PLANO, TX--(Marketwire - January 25, 2008) - ESPRE Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EPRT), a Dallas-based media solutions and technology company with a revolutionary and patented video compression technology, announced today that ESPRE Solutions, Inc., will be presenting new wireless video solutions as part of Nortel Networks Long Term Evolution strategy at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona February 11-14.

Pete Ianace, ESPRE Solutions' CEO, comments, "We are excited to be invited for the second year in a row to be partnered with Nortel Network as they roll out their Long Term Evolution Strategy at the World Congress. Nortel's recognition of the importance of wireless mobile collaboration and its confidence in ESPRE's technology further reinforces ESPRE's superior technology for the carrier Market."

Nortel will be featuring ESRPE's Interactive Video Collaboration solution, which features multi-featured simultaneous live and streaming video from various remote locations within the Congress facility. This demonstration will simulate live video collaboration from remote locations. For example, a project leader can be in route to the office on a commuter train, while another project member is on the road in his hotel room, and still another team member is in the office. Using ESPRE's Interactive Video Collaboration solution all three can be collaborating live over the wireless Internet, sharing live and streaming video, and presentations.

Additionally, Nortel will be using ESPRE technology in its Video Portal exhibit, streaming video-on-demand while simultaneously viewing two live video feeds for a truly collaborative experience in the wireless environment. With this demonstration Nortel will be able to show how enterprises can use live collaboration to bridge the gap between the costs of enterprises' need for connecting work groups and the rising cost of business travel. Pete Ianace, ESPRE CEO comments that, "With online collaboration options multiplying, companies are looking for ways to differentiate themselves. More than just a buzzword, collaboration has become a key and much sought after competitive differentiator. Enterprises seek to harness the power of collaboration to extract the benefits of visually connecting global work groups. Wireless business quality video collaboration has remained the missing element that would enable the experience to replicate an in person meeting."
