Earth Search Sciences Announces Major Hyperspectral Contract for Mexico

KALISPELL, MT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 23, 2005 -- Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (OTC BB: ESSE), a proven supplier of reliable data in the exploration for new mineral discoveries by airborne hyperspectral remote sensing, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary company Geo Probe, Inc. has received a contract from joint venture partner Geologic Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) to acquire hyperspectral data over a large area in northern Mexico for Noranda Exploration Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

Noranda is a long-time user of hyperspectral technology used to accelerate target/project identification. ESSI and Noranda pioneered the application of hyperspectral remote sensing for mineral exploration from 1996 to 2000. "ESSI continues to be the leader in providing hyperspectral services to the mineral industry," said David Stevens, CEO of Geo Probe, Inc.

ESSI's revolutionary hyperspectral imaging can measure a fine degree of spectral reflectance of solar energy from across the spectrum and allow the user to identify specific minerals and substances on the surface of the Earth by their diagnostic reflectance patterns.

The ESSI website features detailed Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada presentations by Noranda exploration scientists on mineralization discoveries using the PROBE-1 hyperspectral instrument. See
