Echo Energy Canada Inc.: CORRECTION FROM SOURCE to News Release

LONDON, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2007) - Echo Energy Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EEI) has been informed that Salvatore Fuda does not control Challenge Gas Holding AB. Echo retracts the statement contained in its news release issued earlier today that Salvatore Fuda controls Challenge Gas Holding AB.
