LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - December 11, 2007) - Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is proud to announce the signing of a Distribution Agreement for all its products in Mexico.

The distributor is called Eco-Safe Mexico. Eco-Safe Systems USA holds 30% ownership of this company. Eco-Safe Mexico is currently negotiating 12 desalinization contracts for hotels and resorts from 100 units to as large as 1500 units. Some of the initial projects are envisioned to close in the first quarter of 2008.
