Ecora's Customer Success Program Fuels Rapid Release of SP7 for Auditor Professional and V6 of Patch Manager

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - April 14, 2010) -  Ecora Software, the proven market-leader for IT configuration audit and analytics solutions, announces today the releases of Auditor Professional™ SP7 and Patch Manager V6. These are part of Ecora's recently updated product roadmap and a direct result of introducing the Customer Success Program. The Program, launched in late 2009, actively engages Ecora's customer base to drive tangible business value improvements. The scope and speed of Ecora's product releases validate the program's effectiveness.

Auditor Professional discovers, collects, analyzes and reports system configuration data. It delivers immediate value through pre-defined policies and rich reporting for effective configuration management and compliance with internal and external requirements, such as SOX, PCI, GLBA, FISMA/FISCAM, and HIPAA. Auditor Professional SP7 addresses critical customer requirements and enhancements by increasing reporting, archiving and data migration speeds from 2X to 4X, depending on client configurations. It also adds new features such as data exports in Excel or tab delineated files. SP7 sets the foundation for a further increase in data collection speed up to 4X by aggressively leveraging parallel processing in the upcoming SP8.

Patch Manager automates system discovery, patch assessment and patch installation on workstations and servers. It is an easy-to-use tool to manage complex enterprise environments. Patch Manager version 6 extends the platforms and versions available for patching, including Windows 7, as well as products from new vendors, such as Adobe and Oracle.
