Effective Control Transport Inc. Shareholder Update and Nomination of Bruno Farbos as Vice President Research and Development Division ECT

LONGUEUIL, QC--(Marketwire - November 28, 2007) - Media City Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MCCY) ( -- On November 21, 2007, the Superior Court was called upon to revisit the terms of previous orders rendered in the case of BCST and the Company. BCST, presently a bankrupt company, was seeking the renewal of orders enjoining former employees not to work on a system which is "copied, similar, or which has similarities" with BCS Technology's system.

The Court did not render the orders which were sought by BCS Technology.

ECT is no longer subject to any court limitations which would prevent the development of its own technology aimed at monitoring drivers' vigilance.

ECT has also appointed Mr. Bruno Farbos as VP Research and Development division ECT. Mr. Farbos will be in charge of all our R&D projects, including those related to drivers' vigilance.

Mr. Bruno Farbos holds a DEA Master Degree on the effect of Osteocalcin (protein present in bones) on microgravity, as well as a formation on Molecular Biophysical Plasma and on Molecular Genetics at Paris University. Doctoral Thesis on individual sensitivity to sleepiness in the work-rest cycle. Mr. Farbos worked as researcher and assistant at a Canadian University. As an ergonomist, he is specialized in the fields of transportation vigilance, health and security at work. Mr. Farbos has also participated in several research projects, studies on the EPAM system for Sabena Airline, visual strategic studies as well as work load studies for the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation, and on time table studies for the Paris Highway Society as well as the TRANSAUTO-STUR organization, evaluation of levels of vigilance for the South of France Highway society and the Paris Highway Society. Mr. Farbos has also worked in the University of Paris laboratory on evaluation and study of relationships between sleeping habits and individual sensitivity as it relates to loss of vigilance during a work-rest cycle modification. He has also taken an active part in the writing of numerous scientific publications on the subject of ergonomics, work security, manual handlings, human factors involving problem with fatigue to name a few, in Canada and France over the last several years.
