Effective Control Transport LLC / Media City Corp. today announced the Argo Navigation acquisition. This acquisition builds on the relationship Effective Control Transport and Argo Navigation have formerly established, and will accelerate Effective Control Transport's product delivery within the transportation industry. It represents a major step forward to the culmination of a company-wide effort to deliver a unified fleet management solution.

Argo Navigation is recognized as a leading developer and manufacturer of GPS tracking components in the Location Based Services industry, and Effective Control Transport strongly values their expertise and proprietary product line. With Argo Navigation, Effective Control Transport is able to offer increased and cost effective capabilities as an integral part of the FOLO suite.

Under the terms of this all share agreement, the Media City Corp. outstanding share count increases to 127,076,860.
