Electro Energy to Participate in EVS-23 Electric Vehicle Symposium in Anaheim, CA -- December 2-5, 2007

DANBURY, CT--(Marketwire - November 29, 2007) - Electro Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: EEEI), a leading provider of advanced battery technologies and associated systems, announced today their participation and sponsorship in EVS-23: Sustainability -- The Future of Transportation: 23rd Electric Vehicle Symposium being held at the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, California December 2-5, 2007.

On December 2nd and 3rd, Electro Energy's Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) converted Toyota Prius will be available at the EVS-23 Ride & Drive to test drive. EEEI will also have an exhibit booth in the main hall.

Michael Reed, President & CEO, will address industry leaders in a presentation entitled "Advanced Battery Solutions for Vehicle Applications" on Wednesday, December 5th. Michael Reed and James Landi, Engineering Manager, will be leading and presenting the Small Batteries Lecture Series and Poster Session on Tuesday, December 4th.
