Element 21 Golf Company Reports on Progress at the PGA Merchandise Show

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 27, 2006 -- Element 21 Golf Company (E21) (OTC BB: EGLF) today reported on various corporate activities at the 2006 PGA Merchandise Show held at the Orange County Convection Center.

At Wednesday's Product Demonstration Day E21 introduced its full line of new products to several hundred people from all facets of the golf industry. Thousands of balls were hit with tremendous feedback on all products. One long drive champion was quoted as saying "I am extremely impressed. The combination of distance, accuracy and feel of your Scandium "Shock" driver is truly remarkable." Other comments included; "your shafts feel like butter." "I have never hit my ions so straight and so long."

On Thursday Dr. Howard Butler presented to a packed conference room comprised of national and international media groups. "I have presented at several conferences in the past. This was the most well attended presentation I have made," stated Butler. Following the conference management was interviewed by several top golf publications as well as the Golf Channel. Following recent coverage in top publications including Golfweek, Golfworld and Golf Today, the company anticipates additional articles to be released on its products in the near future.

The Company is pleased to report that it has signed an agreement to co-sponsor a PGA Tour van for the 2006 golf season. The van will be present at no less than 30 PGA Tour, Champions Tour and Nationwide Tour events and is expected to significantly expand the Company's presence on these Tours. Having a Tour van with E21 shafts and clubs will enable E21 to quickly provide its products, including customized clubs to its growing list of Tour professionals.
