Ellen Keszler Joins Farelogix Board of Directors

Brings a Wealth of Travel Industry Expertise to the Farelogix Team

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 24, 2009) - NBTA 2009 International Convention & Exposition (booth # 3326)-Farelogix Inc. today announced that it has strengthened its board of directors with the addition of travel industry veteran, Ellen Keszler. Recognized for her extensive management experience, expertise in scaling new business and expanding travel distribution channels, Ms. Keszler will provide Farelogix with both guidance and a fresh perspective on the changing role of distribution in the travel industry.

In addition to her new role as a director of Farelogix, Ms. Keszler currently serves as President and CEO of Clear Sky Associates, a management and strategy-consulting firm focused on the technology and travel industries. She is also a director of PROS Holdings, Inc.

Ms. Keszler was President of Travelocity Business from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of the North American Division of the Sabre Travel Network. Ms. Keszler also held various financial positions with Sabre Holdings, American Airlines and J. C. Penney. She has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
