Elysium Internet Closes the Acquisition of Canada-Based Internet Media and Technology Company Dice Ventures, Inc.

(OTCBB: FLIP), today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Dice Ventures, Inc. Based in Ontario, Canada, Dice Ventures has developed a proprietary new technology platform that allows geo-based direct navigation Internet domains to be monetized using an efficient scaleable technology platform. The new platform should allow the Company to grow revenue quickly by serving up targeted ads under an agreement Dice Ventures already has in place with one of the world's leading Internet Media Companies.
