Emerging Public Company Looks to Enhance Privacy and Increase Security for Media Phone!

NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following Is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by Wall Street Capital Funding.

WESTON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 5, 2005 -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: MidNet, Inc. (OTC BB: MIDX), Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNW), IBM Corporation (NYSE: IBM) and Intel Corp (NASDAQ: INTC).

Once again, MidNet, Inc. (OTC BB: MIDX) should be appearing on the radar screen of aggressive investors and day traders this morning! Yesterday after the stock markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing that Uniloc USA Inc. is developing a "Device Locking" plug-in to enhance privacy for Midnet's previously announced "media phone".

News of the media phone should be welcomed by investors, as the company's Middle Network continues to gain exposure! Uniloc is a leading provider of security technologies for protecting electronic intellectual property and digital networks. Uniloc's core capability is "Device Locking," a method of uniquely identifying a computing device for the purposes of license enforcement and access security. In other words, the computer becomes the password. Uniloc's technologies can identify an individual computing device with many times the comparable accuracy of human DNA.

Watch this company! MidNet's integration of Uniloc enables The Middle Network to register standards-compliant video-enabled devices to provide an environment where all these devices can communicate with privacy and increased security. The protection afforded to registered devices can extend to any network on which it operates, including the Internet. Video-enabled computing devices include all videoconferencing systems, desktop videophones, cellular videophones, or any computer equipped with a camera.

Investors should continue to monitor the progress of MidNet for further developments! Last month, we reported that the company is providing the network platform for 'Alliance for a New Humanity,' an international network for social change. The 'Alliance' is presided over by its president, Deepak Chopra MD, an acknowledged world leader in the field of mind-body medicine.

Earlier this week, the company announced the introduction of the beta version of a software-based "media phone." See Midnet's press release for technical details and features of the "media phone" and "device locking."
