Encorp Pacific (Canada): Return-It™ Depot Thanks North Shore Customers for Recycling

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 11, 2010) - The North Shore Return-It Depot is organizing its first Customer Appreciation Day on Thursday, March 18th from 10am to 2pm. The Depot, located at 235 Donaghy Avenue in North Vancouver (behind Capilano Mall), offers full deposit refunds on all empty, ready-to-drink beverage containers. They also accept end-of-life electronics such as TVs, monitors, desktop & laptop computers, printers, fax machines and computer peripherals. Milk, cream and milk substitute containers (plastic/cartons/jugs) are also accepted at this location for recycling, however, unlike other ready-to-drink beverages, there is no deposit paid when you purchase them so there is no refund when you Return-It for recycling.

North Shore Return-It Depot is a family owned and operated business by Youngsub and Aekyoung Chung. They are proud residents of North Vancouver and have been in the recycling industry for the past three years. Youngsub provides his hard working staff with benefits and support such as car allowances, team uniforms, company events and much more.

Customer Appreciation Day celebrations commence at 10am with the appearance of Return-It Man who will have some prizes to give out. Guests visiting the depot can enjoy complimentary food and beverages. Local MLAs, MPs, Ministry of Environment staff, Community Waste Reduction staff as well as the Mayors of the Cities of North & West Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver have all been invited to attend. North Shore Return-It Depot is open Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
