EnerBrite Helps Region of Waterloo Reduce Energy Consumption

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 14, 2007) - ESSX Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of EnerBrite Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ETGU), announced today that it has begun its third installation of SensorStat® motion-based thermostats for the Region of Waterloo.

According to Christopher Hudson, President of ESSX Canada, "When the Region of Waterloo realized that the tenants in their seniors apartments needed a broader range of setback temperatures to be comfortable, we initiated a special program rewrite with four setback temperatures to meet their special needs. The units have performed so well that we have now installed them in a number of the Region's buildings."

"We appreciate ESSX's flexibility and willingness to work closely with us in customizing their product to accomplish our goals," says Brian Bechtel, Corporate Energy Specialist for the Region of Waterloo. "We can now reduce energy consumption while continuing to make the comfort of our tenants a top priority."

SensorStat®, the key component of EnerBrite's energy management system, is an advanced direct digital control thermostat manufactured by Onity, a United Technologies Corporation company. This thermostat, recognized globally for its money and energy saving technology, has been called "the most innovative demand management tool on the market" by experts in the field. On average, SensorStat® saves 25% to 35% of energy costs.
