LAFAYETTE, LA--(Marketwire - April 27, 2010) -  Energy & Technology, Corp. (OTCBB: ENGT), p.k.a. Technical Industries and Energy Corp., announced that it has retired debts for equipment with a value of $3,935,217.25 plus debt service through an issuance of ENGT common stock.
