SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - January 10, 2008) - Enkata, a leading provider of On-demand Performance and Talent Management Solutions, today announced that 20-year veteran Senya Rahmil has joined the Company as senior vice president of customer operations and product quality. In this role Rahmil will be responsible for the strategic management and quality assessment of both Enkata's customer support operations and its product solutions. Additionally, Enkata announced today the promotion of Paul Tjahjadi to vice president of engineering.

"In just a short amount of time, Enkata has emerged as a clear leader in the on-demand performance management and talent market," said Dave Stamm, CEO and president, Enkata. "We look forward to accelerating that success through the appointment of Senya Rahmil and the promotion of Paul Tjahjadi to our executive management team."

"Senya brings to Enkata 15 years of executive leadership experience supporting Fortune 100 companies with thousands of enterprise-wide solution customers. His expertise will be invaluable in helping Enkata scale its fast-growing on-demand customer operations and support, and ensuring the highest levels of service quality," continued Stamm.

Rahmil joins Enkata from Brocade, a leading provider of data network solutions, where he managed more than 250 employees as worldwide vice president of customer support. Prior to Brocade, Rahmil was the vice president of customer services and QA for Nuasis, a contact center software provider that was acquired by Intervoice in September 2006. Rahmil also spent nine years at Clarify, later acquired by Nortel, building a significant quality assurance organization from the ground up, which played a strategic role in establishing Clarify as the highest quality supplier in the CRM marketplace at that time. Rahmil holds a BS in Computer Science and Math from the University of Beer Sheva, Israel.

"This is an exciting time to join Enkata, both with the Company's strong market position and the business world's growing interest in improving the customer experience and reducing the amount of rework at the contact center level," said Rahmil. "Enkata has developed compelling and innovative technology that is at the forefront of this rapidly evolving market, and has a well-earned reputation for delivering the most accurate, effective performance and talent management solutions. I look forward to contributing to Enkata's leadership and the outstanding quality of its customer service and products."

Tjahjadi, Enkata's new vice president of engineering, has more than 18 years of experience in the enterprise software business and has been a cornerstone in Enkata's engineering team for several years. His hands-on management style and passion for state-of-the-art technology have been instrumental in building the exceptional Enkata engineering organization. Prior to joining Enkata, Tjahjadi held various engineering management and architect positions at KANA, Broadbase and Rubric, a pioneer in enterprise marketing automation software used by Fortune 500 and e-commerce companies. At Oracle, Tjahjadi led the first Windows 32-bit user interface (UI) platform team where his expertise played a key role in the introduction of Oracle's internationalized graphical UI platform. Paul holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley and an MS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA with a specialty in computer aided design for very large scale integration (VLSI).
