Enservio launched new products, services and enhancements in 2009 to address the unique contents claims needs of both insurance carriers and consumers. Product and service highlights from 2009 include the following:

Enservio Valuation Platform extends reach among existing and new carrier customers

Enservio's Valuation Platform (VP) verifies objective, documented values of inventoried items.

-- After implementing a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) pilot of Enservio VP
   in 2008, Enservio executed a full launch in 2009.
-- Enservio VP garnered significant customer growth among both existing
   and new carrier customers seeking the convenience and efficiency of a
   web-based solution.

Paul C. Miller heads up EnservioShopping selective replacement initiative

Enservio hired Paul C. Miller as president of EnservioShopping. Miller is heading up Enservio's selective replacement initiative, a retail solution designed to improve contents replacement efficiency and accuracy for policy holders and carriers.

-- In 2009, Miller built the EnservioShopping team, led solution
   development and managed pilot programs with a top five insurance
   carrier expected to roll out selective replacement services to
   their policy holders in 2010.

New services address needs of high net-worth individuals

EnservioSelect (www.enservioselect.com) offers high net-worth individuals, insurers and adjusters the ability to accurately catalog and value uncommon items such as works of art, high-end collectibles, rare books, fine furniture, textiles or other treasured objects.

-- EnservioSelect expanded its client base in 2009 to include dozens of
   additional carriers.  The division doubled its team of experts to
   include a wide range of disciplines spanning interior design,
   decoupage, fine wine and fashion.
-- Dan Farrell, consulting producer of the PBS television program
   "Antiques Roadshow," was among the new experts joining EnservioSelect
   in 2009.

Collector Services (www.collectorservices.com), led by Dan Ferrell, also debuted in 2009. Collector Services manages the cataloguing and appraisal of high-value possessions, helping high net-worth individuals with trust and estate planning, in addition to determining the accuracy of insurance coverage. Collector Services also provides inventories and appraisals for probate, charitable donation, equitable distribution, and the collateralization of fine art assets.

MyPropertyLoss.com launches as a self-service solution for small claims

Enservio launched MyPropertyLoss.com in 2009 to help carriers and consumers more efficiently manage smaller claims. Small losses -- which represent 75 percent of contents claims for carriers -- typically consist of 20 items or less. With MyPropertyLoss.com, consumers can enter their small claims online, accelerating the claims process and exercising greater control.

Several carriers deployed private-label versions of MyPropertyLoss.com under their own brand name in 2009. More carriers are expected to deploy MyPropertyLoss self-service solutions for small claims in 2010.

Enservio launches commercial product

In 2009, Enservio launched a version of its contents inventory creation and valuation solutions specifically for commercial claims and the carriers that insure small- to medium-sized enterprises.
