Enterayon Forms New Subsidiary

SKIPPACK, PA--(Marketwire - September 28, 2007) - Enterayon, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ETYN) ("Enterayon" or the "Company") announced today that it has formed a new wholly owned subsidiary, Lakeridge Mining Corp. ("Lakeridge"), for the development of its properties in the Trout Lake region of British Columbia, Canada. The Company will initially infuse its Silver Cup Ridge and Lardeau Creek properties into Lakeridge, along with two newly acquired properties, Marlow Creek Moly and Trout Lake Gold.

The Silver Cup Ridge property is located on Fays Peak on Silver Cup Ridge east of Trout Lake, approximately 43.5 miles (70 km) southeast of Revelstoke in southeastern British Columbia. The property consists of five contiguous units covering 1,572 acres (636 hectares). It features five separate prospects, including the Fays Peak Copper, Skyline and Golden Crown claims. Aggregate mineralization has assayed as high as 0.88 ounces per tonne gold, 28.22 ounces per tonne silver, 4% copper, and 68.5% lead.

The Lardeau Creek Property is located near Lardeau Creek approximately 6.2 miles (10 km) east of Trout Lake, British Columbia. Laboratory analysis of collected chip samples have assayed up to 1.25 ounces per tonne gold, 235 ounces per tonne silver, 0.12% nickel, 0.32% copper, 5.96% zinc, and 62.82% lead. Two ultramafic horizons (possible hosts for platinum mineralization) were also located and traced for 600 metres each along strike.

The Company has also recently acquired the Marlow Creek molybdenum property due west of Trout Lake and the Trout Lake Gold property due northeast of Trout Lake. Both properties will be included in the new subsidiary. The Marlow Creek Moly property consists of four contiguous claim units covering 4,804 acres (1945 hectares) northwest of and adjacent to the well-known MAX Molybdenum deposit. Previous drilling recorded in Assessment Report 7008 assayed 0.021 per cent molybdenum with trace gold, silver, and copper. The Trout Lake Gold property consists of two contiguous claim units covering 454 acres (184 hectares) situated 2.5 miles (4 km) northeast of Trout Lake. Previous drilling recorded in Assessment Report 12176 assayed 10.59 grams per tonne gold, 103 grams per tonne silver, 1.58% lead and 1.98% zinc.

According to CEO Perry Leopold, "We believe that the formation of Lakeridge Mining Corp. will allow us to leverage several of our valuable mineral assets as a vehicle for increasing shareholder value. We remain committed to increasing shareholder value in every way possible, and continue to explore all avenues for doing so going forward."

In consideration for assuming ownership of these assets, Lakeridge is obligated to pay Enterayon an aggregate of $600,000 cash, a 2% net smelter royalty (NSR), and 10 million shares of stock on the day Lakeridge becomes an independent entity.
