Enterayon Reports New Assays of 177 g/t of Gold at Horseshoe

SKIPPACK, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- Enterayon, Inc (PINKSHEETS: ETYN) announced today that Phase I of the company's Horseshoe Exploration Project in British Columbia has been successfully completed. The company is also pleased to announce that a third shipment of rock chip samples sent to the lab from the High Grade showing on the Horseshoe Property included a grab sample from the middle adit that assayed 177.7 grams (5.71 ounces) per tonne gold.

By comparison, Enterayon announced on Aug 1 that the second shipment of rock chip samples sent to the lab from the High Grade showing assayed up to 82.12 grams (2.64 ounces) per tonne gold and 243.5 grams (7.83 ounces) per tonne silver On July 17, Enterayon announced that the initial shipment of rock chip samples sent to lab the from the High Grade showing indicated samples containing up to 42.37 grams (1.36 ounces) per tonne gold and 80.1 grams (2.58 ounces) per tonne silver.

The company also announced that results from the first samples from the newly discovered mineralization on the Prince George showing assayed up to 5.45 grams (0.17 ounces) per tonne gold, and up to 157 grams (5.05 ounces) per tonne silver.

On July 24 Enterayon reported that its Horseshoe exploration team had discovered new bedrock and float occurrences of gold and silver mineralization as well as extensions of known mineralization on the Washington showing and mineralized float above and to the east of the Prince George showing. The Washington and Prince George showings are approximately 1.5 km northwest of the High Grade showing. A possible extension has been also discovered to the southeast of High Grade, which may add additional strike length. Three newly discovered parallel veins were also found 1000 feet below the High Grade showing.

Current and past exploration indicates that the High Grade showing extends along strike for a length of approximately 1300 feet and up to over 10 feet wide. While it is premature to quantify the full extent of the mineral resources on the Horseshoe property, the company is guided by a 1993 report (BC Assessment Report # 23105) which states that the High Grade showing "has the potential to host several million tons of 0.4 oz/t gold."

The Horseshoe Property is located about 12 kilometers south of the town of Stewart, British Columbia, and consists of five contiguous staked claims composed of 52 units that cover approximately 1,400 hectares (3,460 acres).

An airborne geophysical property-wide survey originally scheduled for mid-July was postponed due to adverse weather conditions, and is currently being re-scheduled for early fall 2006 or late spring 2007.
