Entrepreneur® Names Robeks One of the Top Ten New Franchises for 2006

Premium Fruit Smoothies Company Also Ranks Among National and Global Franchises

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 24, 2006 -- In the current issue of Entrepreneur®, which features the 27th Annual Franchise 500®, Robeks is named in the top ten new franchises for 2006. The fruit smoothies and healthy eats company is ranked ninth for 2006.

According to the January 2006 issue of Entrepreneur, "the total number of franchise units for all Franchise 500 companies grew 11 percent from 2004 to 2005," making franchising a business trend unto its own.

Entrepreneur used the following guidelines to select their Franchise 500: "All companies, regardless of size, are judged by the same criteria; objective, quantifiable measures of a franchise operation. The most important factors include financial strength and stability, growth rate and size of the system. We also consider the number of years in business and length of time franchising, startup costs, litigation, percentage of terminations and whether the company provides financing...The objective factors are plugged into our exclusive Franchise 500 formula, with each eligible company receiving a cumulative score.
