Euoko Enters Into Definitive Distribution Agreement With Bliss

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 24, 2008) - Euoko Group Inc. (OTCBB:EUOK) -

Euoko, a luxury skin care brand owned by Euoko Group Inc. (OTCBB:EUOK), announced today that it has entered into a definitive distribution agreement with Blissworld, LLC (Bliss).

Through this partnership, Bliss will offer Euoko's line of luxury skin care products through the three channels operated by Bliss: (1) exclusive Bliss Spas in the United States, including that at W Hotel in New York City, through a staged rollout starting in Summer 2008; (2) the Bliss Catalogue, with a circulation of approximately 600,000; and (3) Bliss's online web store at Currently, Bliss operates 11 spas in the United States.

Blissworld, LLC, a subsidiary of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., is a premier retailer of premium skin care products, including La Mer.
