European Patent Granted for Technology Licensed by Aqua Society, Inc.

HERTEN, GERMANY--(Marketwire - Nov. 7, 2007) - Aqua Society, Inc. (OTCBB:AQAS)(FWB:UP4A) (the "Company") announced today that the European Patent Office in Munich, Germany, has granted a European patent for the "process for converting heat energy into mechanical energy with low-pressure expansion equipment" to which the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Aqua Society GmbH ("Aqua GmbH") holds exclusive license rights. European patent certificate EP 1 702 140 B1, which covers this technology, has been published under patent sheet 2007/34.

Low temperature exhaust heat represents a widely unused source of potential energy for all industrialized nations. The process covered by the patent grant can potentially be used to exploit the waste heat generated by industrial processes and power stations, as well as from other sources such as solar and geothermal energy.

Aqua GmbH believes that using this technology to generate electricity from low-temperature heat sources could make a major contribution towards the conservation of fossil fuel energy resources and the reduction of carbon emissions. In 2005, Aqua GmbH commissioned the Fraunhofer Institute for Environmental, Safety and Energy Technology (UMSICHT), in Oberhausen, Germany, to study the potential market for the generation of electricity from low temperature heat. In their study, the Fraunhofer Institute estimated that a total of 85GWth of useable waste heat was generated in Germany alone. Using typical numbers for total efficiencies of power generation cycles driven by low temperature heat, the report estimated that it is possible to produce between 5 to 8.5 GWel of energy from the available waste heat. This corresponds to approximately 6.5% of Germany's overall electricity requirements. Currently, the technology is being tested and developed as part of a "future competition" project in the Ruhr area of Germany.

Aqua GmbH's license agreement for this technology provides it with an exclusive license to use and develop this technology for use in conjunction with refrigeration and air conditioning systems, block-type thermal power stations, industrial heat processes, exhaust and sewage streams and the system developed by Aqua GmbH for extracting water from the atmosphere. Currently Aqua GmbH is in discussions with major energy suppliers in an attempt to extend the development of the technology and open up international markets with a strong partner.

Aqua Society Inc.'s shares are traded in Germany on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN: A0DPH0, ISIN: US03841C1009) and in the United States on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTC BB: AQAS).

This Press Release may contain, in addition to historical information, forward-looking statements. These statements are based on management's expectations and beliefs, and involve risks and uncertainties. These statements may involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties and other factors that may cause the actual results to be materially different from the results implied herein. In particular, the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Aqua Society GmbH, are still in the process of developing the above technology for use. Under the terms of its license agreement for this technology, Aqua GmbH must meet minimum annual sales targets in each area of use in order to maintain its exclusive license rights. To date, Aqua GmbH has not sold any systems based on the licensed technology, and there are no assurances that it will be able sell any such systems in the future. If Aqua GmbH is not able to meet the minimum sales targets for any particular use for two consecutive years, its license rights for that use will become non-exclusive beginning in the third year. Thereafter, if Aqua GmbH is again unable to meet the minimum sales targets for two consecutive years, the licensor may terminate Aqua GmbH's license rights. There are no assurances that Aqua GmbH will be able to successfully develop, adapt or market the licensed technology in the areas covered by its license agreement

Readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on the forward-looking statements made in this Press Release.
