Evans Systems Announces Joint Venture With Largest UK Quiz Organization

HumWare and Evans Systems Advance Strategy to Roll Out Boondoggle Sports Network to the European Market

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - June 11, 2007) - Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) and HumWare Media Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HMWM) have signed a joint venture agreement with Quizzing Ltd., a United Kingdom LLC, to construct a UK version of the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN). This venture will provide interactive trivia games with targeted advertisements to pubs, restaurants and other venues within the UK. Both companies will work to secure marketing and generate sales in the UK, with HumWare providing the technology for the Boondoggle Sports Network.

Quizzing Ltd. is the UK's National Quiz Organization, while also serving as the UK's branch of the International Quizzing Association. Quizzing Ltd. offers public relations and consulting services to businesses, as well as writing quizzes for newspapers and magazines. Quizzing Ltd.'s Web site has over 30,000 registrants in the UK alone, in addition to having held quizzing events in the UK since 2003. Quizzing Ltd. holds the World Quizzing Championships every year, and has the largest quiz Web site in the world.
