Evans Systems Unveils Plan for Annual Revenue to Exceed $7 Million

Child Watch Network to Begin Digital Signage Deployment at 1,000 Retail Locations Nationwide

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - May 31, 2007) - Child Watch Network, a division of Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY), is poised to implement an aggressive installation plan which will result in placing more than one thousand Child Watch Network screens in retail venues across the nation. The Child Watch Network will provide numerous advertising opportunities in retail outlets together with instantaneous updates on missing children alerts.

Projections are based upon six paying advertisers at a rate of $100 per month per ad on each of the 1,000 locations. The advertising stream can manage as many as fifteen spaces per venue, which means this model utilizes only 40% of the network's capabilities.
