Exhibitors, Participants Welcome JetsGo Job Fair

Rapid response to Toronto Board of Trade's free job fair for former JetsGo employees Attention: Business/Financial Editor, City Editor, News Editor, Government/Political Affairs Editor TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 29, 2005) - The Toronto Board of Trade announced today it has 50 potential employers, including a variety of major corporations, booked for tomorrow's free job fair for former employees of the recently failed JetsGo airline. Nearly 140 former JetsGo workers have pre-registered for the event, with many more expected to attend.

"Our members and all of Toronto's business community have responded very quickly and positively to our call for exhibitors," said Board of Trade President Glen Grunwald, "With their help, we will be offering some great opportunities for the skilled and experienced JetsGo employees still looking for employment."

The 50 exhibitors (the maximum number possible for the event) include such organizations as Air Canada, CIBC, Clarica, Direct Energy, Enterprise Toronto, Kelly Services and UPS. (The complete list is available on the Board's media site at

The fair will be staged tomorrow, March 30th from Noon to 4:00 PM at the Toronto Board of Trade Airport Centre, 830 Dixon Road. Admission will be free to all former employees of JetsGo. Those who can produce proof of their employment with the defunct airline will be given "front of the line" priority.
