Expo Holdings, Inc. Forms New Division Focusing on Closet and Garage Storage

Expo Appoints Gary Foster Director of Operations for the Newly Formed Division

NORTH WILKESBORO, NC--(Marketwire - October 10, 2007) - Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH), through its wholly owned subsidiary D&D Displays, Inc., forms a new division focusing on Closet and Garage Storage.

According to J.D. Brown, Chairman and CEO of Expo Holdings, Inc., "We are very pleased to announce our entry into the lucrative storage market. We have formed a new division focusing on Closet and Garage storage. Soon, we will announce our branding, licensing, independent dealer, and wholesale programs to the public. Our first licensee has agreed to a 13-market rollout. Further terms of this agreement will be announced when the branding and licensing information is made public."

Additionally, J.D. stated, "We have appointed Gary Foster Director of Operations for the newly formed division. His extensive experience in managing licensed dealers as National Operations Manager for Window World, Inc. and as a Senior Promotional Manager for Lowe's Companies Inc. will prove most useful.
