Extreme CCTV and EO Integrated Systems Agree to Three Year Deal

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 30, 2006) -

EO Integrated Systems to apply Extreme night vision equipment in energy sector

Extreme CCTV Inc. (TSX:EXC), the global leader in the design, development and manufacture of active-infrared night vision surveillance equipment, announces that it has secured a three-year purchase agreement with EO Integrated Systems of Washington, Michigan, valued at CAD $669,865 dollars.

EO Integrated Systems will apply the products acquired under the purchase agreement towards security upgrades for International Transmission Company (ITC) of Novi, Michigan. ITC owns, manages, and maintains the high voltage, electric transmission system for almost the entire Lower Peninsula of Michigan and is the largest independent transmission system in the United States. For security reasons, specific contract details cannot be disclosed.

The purchase agreement will help fulfill a USD $12,000,000 multi-year contract currently in place between EO Integrated Systems and ITC. The investment in security upgrades at ITC reflects the growing global trend for increased security at critical infrastructure sites.

Sales of Extreme's surveillance products have increased steadily for critical infrastructure security projects ever since a 2004 US Army Corps of Engineers report gave Extreme's active-infrared products the only "excellent" rankings in comparative night vision testing The ITC project joins numerous other critical infrastructure projects which have adopted Extreme technology, including sites in California, Pennsylvania, Florida, New York, Mexico and Europe.
